Shipping policy

* Please note that Canada Post delivery guarantees were suspended in March 2020 due to COVID-19 and continue to be in effect.  As always, any potential delays due to postal service issues (weather, strikes, etc.) are outside of our control.  Please click here for delivery service alerts from Canada Post.  

Processing time

The time we need to prepare your order will vary depending on your purchase.  Many of our products are handmade from scratch once you place your order and therefore can take up to 2 weeks to build, finish and package for delivery.  This time varies based on the type of product purchased and the volume of our orders.  If you need a product by a certain date, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline!        

Please note that the processing times are in addition to the shipping times that you see upon checkout.  You will receive an email notification from us when your order has shipped or is ready for pickup (including a tracking information, if applicable).   

Domestic Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, where you can choose between Expedited Parcel, Expresspost or Priority service through Canada Post.  

We pay what you pay and pass along all of our Small Business savings to you.  We also regularly cut down our boxes to fit your exact product size in order to minimize shipping costs to you!

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3536 Loyalist Drive, Mississauga, ON.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared as per the processing times above.  When your product(s) are ready, we will send you a notification email along with instructions. 

As we are a home-based business, we do not have standard opening hours.  Please email/message us ahead of time to arrange a pick-up window.  We are generally available any day, any time (within reason) as long as pre-arrangements are made. 

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of Canada.  We hope to expand our shipping to the United States soon, so please follow us on social media to stay informed.
