We do not accept returns as the majority of our products are custom and/or made to order.  However, if there is a problem with your purchase, please reach out to us at woodsandgoods@outlook.com and we'll try our best to resolve any issues. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
